Update counts and notes without opening Excel. Spray chart, BIP, percentages and push/pull recalculate automatically when you save.
Tap the field where the ball landed or was fielded. We will choose the nearest defensive area automatically. You can still record just the area using the dropdown above.
Use the same RosterIQ link or Home Screen icon on each phone. A Cloudflare D1 database and coach access code are required to share changes.
You can continue using this app offline; offline edits will be marked as not synced.
When cloud sync is connected, all authorized coaches share the database. Otherwise, changes remain on this device. Export backups regularly.
Your app is now your scouting database. Add games in the app, edit player totals, or use Excel to update entire rosters. The app calculates BIP, location percentages and push/pull; no Excel formulas are required.
Use an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) table with columns Team, Player, Position, 3B, LF, SS, P, CF, C, 2B, RF, 1B and outcomes. Your existing workbook may need to be converted to this structure.
Choose a file to preview before applying. With Cloudflare D1 connected, approved changes sync to other coaches; otherwise they stay on this phone.
Upload the PDF scorebook you already use to scout opponents. Review batting orders, names and jersey numbers, and optionally import detected game outcomes into the existing database. Existing team totals, notes, and lineups are never replaced.
Choose a text-based scorebook PDF (up to 12 MB). Import is additive and previews first. Use Data → Export backup beforehand.
The original PDF is viewed on this phone and is not uploaded to the shared database; imported player and game data syncs with connected coaches.
Enter the coach access code created in Cloudflare. Each coach enters their code once on their own phone. Codes are never placed in shared URLs.
